“This is our second time using Priscilla Hernandez because she has always watch our best interest when it comes to the purchase of a home or the sale of our home. You can definitely see she is not there for her interest (commission) She would definitely explain and communicate every step of the way so we could understand our contract and if we wanted something changed, she would do her best to work things out for us. She is very efficient and knowledgeable in the realtor business. Even after the final sale and closing date, she still communicates with us to make sure we are happy with the purchase. “I had another agent call me the same night I requested information on this property and he told me he would get back to me the next day to answer my questions. My sister in law text Priscilla at 10 pm and she said she would call me the next morning and SHE DID! The other agent never called me back. Priscilla got working right away on what I needed! She was fantastic to work with! She was so familiar with the area and knew exactly what to offer in order for us to get selected. Priscilla kept me on task with the deadlines because of my situation such as living out of state.
